Recession which hits vacancy of jobs

Due to recession more number of people becomes vacant and unrecruited. There is lots of recession which prevails in the world. Is this one side real and another side of it, even they overcome recession, companies simply neglect anyone to recruit even they dont have recession.

Its all because they want to pay less to people whom they want to recruit for their companies.

So they can pay less and get same job in recession time.

But the fake recession also they are covering up to increase profit.
